Choose this exam type if you are not interested in wearing contact lenses. This exam is for patients 10 years old and above.

Comprehensive Soft Contact Lens Exam

Choose this exam type if you are a Soft Contact Lens Wearer or are interested in wearing Soft Contact Lenses. This exam is for patients 10 years old and above.

New Glasses Order

Choose this appointment type to select new frames and new lenses. This appointment type does not include an eye exam.

New Lens Order

Choose this appointment type to select new lenses for your existing frames. Please bring the frames with you. Frames must be in good condition and still in production by the manufacturer. There is no guarantee that your frames will be usable for new lenses.
