Director Eyewear Center

Vicki Rich has been in the optometry field since 1976 and is American Board of Opticianry Certified as well as a Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry. Vicki came to the School of Optometry in 1997 from private practice. Vicki became an Optical Faculty, Clinical Instructor in 2013 and advanced to Assistant Clinical Professor in 2017while also becoming the Director of the Eyewear Center. Aside from her administrative duties and supervisory roles, Vicki enjoys providing instructional oversight to our optometry interns. Our interns learn how to design, fit, dispense eyeglasses and are also instructed on ophthalmic lens fabrication.
