Dr. Sandra Harpster is an optometrist at the Berkeley Outpatient Clinic. She provides comprehensive eye examinations for both adults and children and has a special interest in using the most up-to-date, scientifically proven treatments to manage ocular disease. Harpster earned her doctor of optometry degree at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry. She then completed a residency at the San Francisco Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she received training with UCSF faculty.

Harpster is a member of the American Academy of Optometry. In her free time, she enjoys being in nature, spending time with her family and listening to National Public Radio.
